FAQ's

Some frequently asked questions below. If you’re still unsure, then just give us a ring or drop us an email.

  • What are check in and check out times?

    You’re welcome to check in check in from 2.30pm, and you’ll be able to visit the spa and enjoy all the facilities from this time too.  Check out time is 12 noon, although a late check out can be arranged for a small supplement (subject to availability).

  • Is the hotel dog-friendly?

    We do have a small number of dog friendly bedrooms in the hotel.  Dogs are welcome in the lobby, bar and terrace areas of the hotel.

  • Is there a car park?

    Yes - we have a complimentary car park at the front of the hotel.

  • What family facilities are there?

    We have family rooms that can take up to 2 adults and 3 children (depending on ages) and we do have some interconnect rooms too.  We offer high chairs, children’s menus and cots. 

    Children are permitted in the swimming pool Monday – Thursday between 8.00–11.00am and 3.00–6.00pm, and on a Friday between 8.00–11.00am and 3.00– 7.30pm.  Children are welcome in the pool at any time on weekends and bank holidays.

  • What is the cancellation policy for rooms?

    If you have booked the Best Available Rate you can cancel anytime up to 10am on the day of your arrival date with no charge. Cancellation after this time will incur a charge for your first nights stay. Other rates may carry different cancellation terms and these will be confirmed at the time of enquiry or booking.

  • Do you cater for special diets?

    Yes – we have a team of talented in house chefs and if you let us know – ideally in advance for more unusual requests – we’ll do all we can to ensure you can enjoy a great meal with us. Vegetarian and gluten free dishes appear on our main menu as the norm.
