What are check in and check out times?
You’re welcome to check in from 3 pm, and you’ll be able to visit the spa and enjoy all the facilities from this time too. Check out time is 11 am, although a late check out can be arranged for a small supplement (subject to availability).
Is the hotel dog-friendly?
We have 7 dog-friendly rooms and provide a cosy bed for your four-legged friend to sleep on. Whilst we do not permit dogs into our restaurant they are very welcome in our bar & lobby area as well as our outdoor dining area and meadow.

Is there a car park?
Yes - we have a complimentary car park at the front of the hotel.
Do you have electric vehicle chargers?
Yes, we have a number of E. On electric vehicle chargers in our car park. To operate the Electric Charging point please download the E. On Charge App and follow the instructions. Alternatively use the Pay as you Go shown on the charge point. For the courtesy of other guests please remove your car from the bay once fully charged.
What family facilities are there?
We have family rooms that can take up to 2 adults and 3 children (depending on ages) and we do have some interconnect rooms too. We offer high chairs, children’s menus and cots.
Children are permitted in the swimming pool Monday – Friday between 8.30–11.30am and 3.30–6.30pm, and on weekends between 7.00–11.00am and 3.00– 7.30pm. Children are welcome in the pool at any time on bank holidays.
Do you cater for special diets?
Yes – we have a team of talented in house chefs and if you let us know – ideally in advance for more unusual requests – we’ll do all we can to ensure you can enjoy a great meal with us. Vegetarian and gluten-free dishes appear on our main menu as
