From recommendations on vendors to your flexibility on our wacky ideas, we've felt so supported all the way through the planning process. The day itself was just perfect.  I appreciate so much how you matched my perfectionist energy as it allowed me to really relax on the day and just enjoy it because we knew you had everything covered. The whole day was so seamless and ran exactly to plan. Because you and the team were so well organised, we were able to focus on spending time with our guests and enjoying the day. We've had so many compliments about the day from our guests, including about the delicious and plentiful food! We simply can't thank you enough - I don’t know how anyone plans a wedding without you! The day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The whole weekend was. It went above and beyond everything we had imagined it would be. A lot of our guests had never been to Northlakes before and they were blown away by how stunning the venue is, and how good all of the food was on the day. Thank you so so much for all your help over the past 2 years. Please pass our thanks onto Amy too, she done a great job on the day, and to the rest of the staff. They are all fabulous, so helpful and kind. It really made our weekend so enjoyable. You are all a massive asset to Northlakes and they are very lucky to have you all!

Thanks firstly! It was my daughter’s wedding on 28^th December and everything was fantastic, every staff member, from check-in, the cleaning of the room, food and bar staff, excellent. But Jen the wedding organizer made the day extra special and go without a hitch. She worked tirelessly and a lot of our wedding party said they would be definitely back to stay. The food was one of the best we’ve all eaten in any restaurant. You should be proud of your staff and look after them, they are the heartbeat of the hotel, so thanks again for making it a day to remember.

Had the most amazing wedding for my Mum. I seriously cannot thank the staff enough for all their hard work and dedication... nothing was too much trouble. A special shout out to Jen who organised from start to finish and couldn't of been any more helpful before and during the wedding. I would also like to thank the duty manager, again... his service was amazing! 100% recommend this venue! Completely outdid all of our expectations. Thank you so so much.

From the day we met Jen to the day after our wedding, our every need was taken care of. Leaving us to concentrate on ensuring our own personal cares were attended to. The venue, Jen and her team were all magnificent and alleviated any worries we may have had.

We had our wedding here in May. Jen was amazing and made us feel relaxed all day. My nana is 78 and she had doubts about it, being a long day, but having a room meant she could take off and relax for a while. The food was amazing people still comment to this day about how much they could eat it all again. The grounds are amazing for photos and all the staff are on hand 24/7. Nothing is too much for them. They made me feel welcome by setting me out on the red carpet and a glass of champers. I wish we could do it all over again I would not change a thing.

We had our wedding booked with the hotel 4 years in advance because we knew it had everything we wanted from our wedding venue, from its style to the incredibly practical location and accommodation for our guests. From our first meeting with Jen, she couldn't do enough for us and this continued throughout the 4 years of planning. She gave us the freedom to plan our day exactly how we wanted but was also there to provide advice on anything we needed from styling to timings of the day, to suppliers she'd worked with in the past.

The day itself was even more perfect than we ever could have dreamed, running so smoothly from beginning to end, thanks to the incredible work done by Jen and the team behind the scenes. From the minute we arrived the day before the wedding, they were on hand to collect everything from us (favours, welcome sign, guest book, etc). We discussed our wishes for everything with Jen in the run-up, so it was as simple as dropping everything off with the team and everything being exactly where it needed to be on the day, without us worrying about it. We can't thank them enough for helping us pull off our dream wedding day.

We would like to thank all the staff at North Lakes Hotel, for making our wedding day the most intimate and beautiful day. With the restrictions we only had 6 guests for our special day, but we were still made to feel like VIP’s within the beautiful surroundings of North Lakes Hotel. The function room was set out and had a warm and intimate atmosphere, much more than we could ever have hoped for. Anyone looking for a venue and wondering if this is the place….IT IS! Special thanks to Jen for going through the whole roller coaster with us and keeping a smile throughout. Thank you.

From the moment we walked into this hotel, we knew it was where we wanted to get married! We had an appointment with Jen and booked it pretty much straight away. Everything was exactly how we wanted it! There wasn’t one issue with the whole day, from the ceremony through to the night.  Jen is amazing, throughout the whole planning she was there if I needed to ask something so small, she was there, she took every tiny detail down and made sure the pressure was off myself and my husband. The food on the day was beautiful, even down to the presentation. A massive thank you to everyone at North Lakes Hotel and the biggest thank you to Jen for making our dream wedding become a reality. See you next year for our 1st anniversary.

We hadn’t heard a lot about the North Lakes when we first visited but were blown away when we walked through the door at their wedding show. Jen took the time to chat through their wedding packages with us and even gave us a tour of the whole hotel. We knew straight away it was the only wedding venue for us. We chose the “complete package” which took care of everything and saved a lot of hassle. From start to finish the wedding planning process was seamless with Jen’s help. She’s so calm and just knows all things wedding inside out. We can’t thank Jen and her team enough, in fact, every member of the North Lakes’ staff were fantastic from the reception team to housekeeping and the bar staff. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to come back and stay again for our first anniversary!

Our wedding took place at North Lakes Hotel on 21st July 2018, and it was the most fantastic perfect day ever, in fact, fantastic weekend! The Hotel arranged to open the FYR Grill an hour early for our party to be able to eat together. The food, as always was exceptional and the special effort the staff put in for our meal and to light, the fire pit for us to enjoy for the rest of the evening together was fabulous. On the day itself, everything was perfect, Jen did a fabulous job, from the day we met her around 2 years before she has always been professional and organised and did absolutely everything to make sure the day was all we had hoped for.
Our guests were completely overwhelmed and so pleased with the whole time they spent at the hotel. We couldn’t recommend North Lakes Hotel highly enough as a wedding venue it has absolutely everything a couple/family could possibly want under one roof. Jen is such a star, she was with us from the first enquiry at the venue, and we were so happy that she was able to look after us on the day to complete the journey. Thank you all for everything, and we will see you soon at the next event!
