Wellness Retreat Wellbeing is a fundamental foundation for our physical, emotional, and psychological health. It enables us to feel contentment, positivity, and balance in our everyday lives and gives us the resilience to manage the tasks and adversities that we encounter as we navigate through our days. This wellness retreat is an opportunity for a total disconnection from the stresses of technology, time management, and the noise of everyday life and a reconnection to yourself and nature. Lee Irving is an experienced counsellor, psychotherapist, and holistic lifestyle coach. During your stay with us, he will cover the topics of ‘what stress is, why we have a stress response and what is happening to us physiologically during a stress response’. Enjoy yoga and meditation, and use of the hotel's spa facilities, as well as enjoying delicious and nutritious meal options.
